Must be a licensed Physician Assistant (or license-eligible) in Texas. Must be willing to see pediatric patients; ideally from birth, but candidates comfortable with ages 4-5 and up will be considered.

Job Description- Provide outpatient primary care services in a family medicine setting
- See patients ranging from pediatrics through adults (depending on comfort and experience)
- Manage an average daily patient volume appropriate for PA scope and clinic workflow
- Utilize extensive in-house capabilities including labs, imaging, allergy testing, injections, hormone therapy, and dietitian support
- Deliver patient-centered care aligned with clinic values and protocols
- Document accurately and maintain compliant, organized medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to support excellent patient outcomes
- Participate in patient education, screening, wellness initiatives, and clinic growth efforts
- Current or eligible Texas PA license
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently with physician support
- Compassionate communication and a patient-first mindset
- Comfortable seeing children (preferably birth and up, or ages 45 and older)
