Pay Range: $57.69 - $91.34 per hour

The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in palliative care. The APP serves as a leader, consultant, researcher, educator and direct care provider to families and patients facing serious illnesses. Core competencies include direct clinical practice, consultation, patient coaching, and ethical decision-making.

• Required:
  
  Master’s degree required; current New Jersey license as an Advance Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant.
• Preferred:
  Palliative Care experience

• Current NJ APP License
• Valid prescriptive authority in New Jersey, including active CDS and DEA registrations.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

• Flexible – 8–10-hour shifts
• Weekdays and weekends
