TitleSr. 2 Maintenance Technician
Position ObjectiveThis position is responsible for maintenance work and electrical work on our fully automated processing lines. The incumbent will make necessary repairs to ensure a safe, efficient and high-quality production operation. As part of our maintenance team, you will be working closely with our Engineering team, Plant Management and Production. You need to be self-driven and able to handle stressful situations.
Qualifications- Excellent Mechanical Abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Integrity and great work ethics
- 3 to 7 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance
- Industrial Mechanical and electrical experience
- Working in a team environment
- Use of a CMMS
- Ability to plan and organize work independently
- Excellent troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment to Safety
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
