Hours / Days Of Work: Back shift Monday to Friday, 11am to 9pm

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £33,500 to £35,500 per annum (DOE), plus a range of benefits

• Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
• Managing the team of managers/warehouse operatives
• Making sure all reports are kept up to date
• Ensuring the team maintains proper discipline in terms of productivity, timekeeping, and rest breaks
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and security
• Motivate and direct staff to help them meet their goals
• Manage the warehouse team to ensure work has been allocated and completed to the highest standard within the required timescales

• To be successful within this Warehouse Manager position you will ideally have previous experience of operating as a Warehouse Manager in a large and fast paced retail distribution operation.
• Able to demonstrate strong knowledge of warehouse operations (including stock/inventory processes)
• Proven experience of change management leadership with proven leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
• Previous experience of utilising the latest technology in a distribution environment
• Previous experience of delivering supply chain projects desirable but not essential
• Microsoft office and data entry skills
• Previous experience within retail or FMCG is beneficial
• Able to manage and motivate a team of workers
