TITLE: General Worker B

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Prima America’s mission is to create petroleum from bio materials. This position performs various laborer type work around the plant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to operate fork truck and skid steers
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keep grounds orderly
• Move materials around the grounds as needed
• Unload shipments
• Build and fill compost reactors (training is given)
• Shovel low levels of snow
• Minor building upkeep

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:

• Work is mostly outdoors in all seasons.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:

• Must be able to see, stand, lift, walk, push/pull and move for up to 75% of shift.
