Housekeeping Supervisor (Maintenance)

Brandywine Living, a premier provider of quality senior living, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team! The comfort and care of our residents is our highest priority.

• Direct, train, and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Develop cleaning schedules and ensure they are followed.
• Inspect apartments weekly and maintain quality control.
• Issue keys daily and maintain key system.
• Schedule and complete annual cleanings timely.
• Clean and maintain housekeeping and laundry equipment.
• Complete resident laundry on schedule.
• Order and maintain inventory of supplies and linens.
• Maintain lists of residents requiring extra cleaning and linens and submit monthly to bookkeeper.
• Assist with cleaning apartments and/or common areas.
• Participate in department and staff meetings as requested.
• Maintain department expenses within budget limits.
• Move furniture as needed.
