The Compute Abstractions team has a goal to provide the right compute abstraction to meet the needs of customers, while reinforcing the fundamental value propositions of Core Weave. We design and build systems and platforms that allow customers to be pioneers in AI.

• We are looking for a Staff Product Manager for Kubernetes & Compute Abstractions to lead the strategic direction and execution of our current and future compute abstraction offerings, including the Core Weave Kubernetes Abstractions, our Bare Metal offering, and a forward‑looking strategy for additional compute abstractions.
• This is a pivotal role that will focus on building a cohesive product strategy that aligns with our broader goals, forward‑looking roadmaps, execution and delivery of innovative product offerings to enable our customers to create the next generation of AI experiences.

• Product Lead for Kubernetes & Compute Abstractions:
  Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for Core Weave Kubernetes Service (CKS), as well as the broader portfolio of current and future compute abstractions within Core Weave, including Bare Metal.
• Product & Program Development:
  Design and launch new compute products and features to best fit the needs of an increasingly diverse set of customers and workloads.

  Partner with engineering, sales, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, effective product launches, and seamless go‑to‑market execution.
• Market Analysis:
  Conduct in‑depth market research and competitive analysis to identify current state, emerging trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Go‑to‑Market Strategy:
  Partner with industry partners, marketing, and sales teams to develop and execute effective go‑to‑market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Define key metrics and establish robust reporting to monitor the performance of compute abstractions, identify areas for improvement, and inform future decisions.

• Deep understanding of cloud compute technologies (VMs, Bare Metal, Serverless)
• A strong working knowledge of Kubernetes
• A data‑driven and analytical approach to solving problems
• Experience in defining products from concept, to product definition, and execution of a roadmap to achieve impact in the market.

• Experience in developing and launching 0‑1 products
• A strong working knowledge of GPUs, and the AI market.
