Job Coach, Education ​/ Teaching

The Livingston School District is seeking a full-time, ten-month Job Coach to assist in providing Community-Based Instruction and on-site job coaching programs. This role includes safely transporting students to and from job sites, supervising students on the job site, helping students organize for jobs and activities, and communicating with employers regarding student status and progress. The Job Coach will also attend various meetings, including staff, planning meetings, and data collection/re participate in specialized training, and maintain student transition data.

Qualifications for this non-tenure-eligible position include a BA Degree, the ability to communicate effectively, successful participation in professional development, and possession of a valid CDL license with P and S endorsements. Certification as a Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities is preferred.

This position offers a starting salary of $34,812 and includes a comprehensive benefits package, covering medical, dental, and prescription coverage, as well as sick and personal leave.
