This position requires hard work. We are looking for motivated individuals with a lot of ambition to grow. This is not an 8 to 4 job. This salary position will require 10 to 12 hours daily for the first 6 months of training to learn different aspects of the job. The first 6 months will be trail period, if candidate didn't deliver will be laid off.

After 6 month training candidate will receive 5% to 10% increase from the base salary. The position has a great upside financial and security. Candidate must live max 60 minutes from zip code 07039, if not they must be able to move close to job. We don't pay for relocation.

• Managing the field team and ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget
• Ensuring all materials and tools are on-site before starting a job
• Performing take-offs and scheduling materials
• Building weekly schedules and updating them daily
• Traveling between different job locations daily to ensure field performance
• Setting elevations and layouts
• Holding meetings with customers
• Performing inspections

• Min 7 years of readying site work plans and layout & elevation blueprint
• Min 7 years of performing grading, earth moving, install storm drainage, sewer & utilities, comfortable in using Transit & laser to set up elevation and layout pipes
• Minimum of 7 years demolishing structures using heavy equipment's
• Minimum of 7 years Site clearing
• Minimum of 7 years in residential & commercial construction
• Operate machines is plus
• CDL is a plus
• Willing to work weekend (MUST)
• Willing to do labor work
• Team Player
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently with minor supervision
• OSHA Certified
• Excellent sense of safety
• Preferably Speak English and Spanish
