Physical Therapist - Livingston HealthCare, Livingston, MT

This is a courtesy posting for a full-time Physical Therapist position at Livingston Health Care, a regional affiliate of Billings Clinic. The role involves providing evidence-based therapy services in inpatient and outpatient settings to individuals with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or health status changes due to injury, disease, or other causes.

Position Details:

• Employment Status:
  Full-Time (.75 or greater)
• Hours per Pay Period: 80 hours every two weeks (Non-Exempt)
• Starting Wage: DOE, commensurate with experience

Compensation:

Includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with compensation based on experience.

Essential Functions:

• Provide ethical, safe, and quality physical therapy services according to professional standards and state regulations.
• Document all patient care sessions accurately and timely.
• Participate in weekend and holiday hospital coverage rotations.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient care.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as per state practice act.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-credentialed Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Montana.
• In good standing with the licensing board.
• Valid driver’s license in Montana.

Additional Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, flexibility, team-oriented, and good communication skills.
