Livingston Health Care Job Shadow Application

Livingston Health Care provides shadowing experience to students ranging from high school and college, or other parties in structured programs interested in learning about careers in healthcare. Below are the minimum requirements to be eligible to shadow:

• 16 years or older
• Minors under 18 years must provide parent/guardian signature
• First priority will be given to high school students, future college students or current college students or those in a structured program needing observation hours. Other applicants will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Human Resources and the student coordinator will work directly with departments to determine whether an opportunity is available for the dates requested. Applicants are strongly discouraged from reaching out to departments directly.
