Physical Therapist Assistant – Up to $40,000 in Sign-On/Loyalty Bonuses

Salary: $36 – $42 per hour, based on experience.

• Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, modalities, and patient education.
• Document patient progress in Raintree, reporting changes to the physical therapist.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, pain‑management techniques, and care plans.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

• Associate degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
