Location: Livingston Distribution Centre

Compensation: £33,600 / year

You’ll deliver and install furniture in customers’ homes, work through a delivery schedule with the support of a crew mate, and help load and unload furniture onto our vehicles. You’ll provide a brilliant service, encourage feedback, maintain safety through checks and safe driving, and work 44 hours over 4 days with every Sunday off.

• Delivering and installing furniture in customers’ homes
• Working through a delivery schedule with the support of your crew mate
• Working as part of a wider distribution centre team to load and unload furniture onto our vehicles
• Providing a brilliant service to customers and encouraging their feedback
• Ensuring the team is safe by carrying out checks and driving safely
• Working 44 hours over 4 days with every Sunday off; flexibility required in peak periods
• Heavy lifting

• Previous experience within a driving role
• Category C1 vehicle licence
• Driver digital tachograph card
• Relevant drivers CPC qualification (certificate of professional competence)
• Knowledge and understanding of safety requirements of operating a vehicle and familiar with the use and regulation of taco graphs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow process and procedures
• Strives to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling; role involves heavy lifting

• Experience in a warehouse environment (desirable)
