Overview
Start a hands‑on career as Trainee Installer working across Scotland. Blue Arrow is looking for a Trainee Installer to join our clients installation team. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction or groundworks experience who wants to learn specialist skills and progress within a growing company. You ll receive on‑the‑job training, work alongside experienced installers.
What you ll do- Assist with installing outdoor equipment
- Groundworks including excavation, kerbing, fencing & landscaping
- Set out sites and follow drawings & specifications
- Work safely with tools and equipment
- Support the team to complete projects on time
- CSCS card
- At least 2 years experience in construction, groundworks or labouring
- Full clean manual driving licence (own transport desirable)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and happy working outdoors
- Permanent role with overtime available
- 23 days holiday + Christmas/New Year shutdown
