Trainee Installer

Position: Trainee Installer (Permanent)
Start a hands‑on career as Trainee Installer working across Scotland.

Blue Arrow is looking for a Trainee Installer to join our clients installation team. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction or groundworks experience who wants to learn specialist skills and progress within a growing company.

You'll receive on‑the‑job training, work alongside experienced installers.

What you'll do:

Assist with installing outdoor equipment
Groundworks including excavation, kerbing, fencing & landscaping
Set out sites and follow drawings & specifications
Work safely with tools and equipment
Support the team to complete projects on time

What you'll need:

CSCS card
At least 2 years' experience in construction, groundworks or labouring
Full clean manual driving licence (own transport desirable)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Physically fit and happy working outdoors
