• Leading the development of digital, AI, and other technology-driven service offerings.

• Partnering with the Growth Team to effectively showcase innovative services in new business materials.

• Extensive medical communications agency experience–understanding the development and implementation of digital services for typical Med Comms pharmaceutical clients and projects is essential to this role.
• Deep expertise in digital services, AI, and intelligent automation, with the ability to translate emerging technologies into practical solutions for clients.
• Strong leadership and people skills, with the proven ability to inspire, educate, and guide colleagues.
