Test Analyst

A leading travel organisation is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join a high-profile project delivering a brand-new reservation and booking system.

You will play a key role in ensuring software quality across multiple test phases, working closely with developers, business stakeholders, and project leads to identify issues early and ensure smooth delivery.

• Analyse business and technical requirements for booking/reservation systems .
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, scripts, and test data.
• Perform SIT, UAT, and End-to-End testing; log and retest defects.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test coverage, and system functionality.
• Report test progress, risks, and metrics to the Test Lead/Project Manager.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to understand system changes.

• Hands-on experience testing reservation/booking systems.
• Proven experience across SIT and UAT phases.
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Azure Dev Ops, X-Ray, Test Rail, Zephyr, or ALM.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.

• Automated testing experience.
• API and Back End system testing.
• Web, mobile, and cloud platform testing.
• ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification.
