Finance Business Partner

We are supporting a confidential appointment for a Finance Business Partner to join a well-established, multi‑site organisation with a strong UK presence and a clear growth agenda.

Reporting into the Head of FP&A, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a part‑qualified finance professional to step into a commercially focused position with real influence, exposure and development.

This is a true Finance Business Partner role, supporting a range of operational and commercial stakeholders. You will help translate financial data into insight, support decision‑making, and contribute to improving financial performance, cost control and planning discipline across the business.

Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will gain hands‑on exposure to FP&A, modelling, performance reporting and stakeholder engagement, making this a strong next step for someone looking to deepen their commercial finance capability.

• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and management reporting cycles
• Analysing variances, trends and performance drivers
• Partnering with non‑finance stakeholders to provide clear, actionable insight
• Supporting KPI reporting, dashboards and performance metrics
• Assisting with financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Contributing to FP&A process improvements and systems development
• Acting as a bridge between Finance and the wider business

• 2‑5 years' experience in FP&A, management accounting or business partnering
• Part‑qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
• Strong Excel skills with exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Net Suite or similar)
• Confident communicator, comfortable influencing and challenging stakeholders
• Commercially minded, analytical and keen to progress within FP&A
