Transport Admin Assistant - Temporary Ongoing Role
Location: Livingston
Pay: £13.13 per hour (Sunday - £19.69)
Hours: 22:00 - 06:00, 5 days over 7
About the RoleWe're looking for a reliable and organised Transport Admin Assistant to join our team in Livingston. This is a temporary ongoing position
, offering stable hours and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in transport operations and logistics.
- Managing transport schedules and coordinating deliveries
- Preparing and processing transport documentation
- Communicating with drivers and internal teams
- Updating databases and record-keeping
- Supporting the transport team with day-to-day admin tasks
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Previous admin or transport experience is preferred, but not essential
- Temporary ongoing role with consistent hours
- Competitive pay at £13.13 per hour
- Sunday pays £19.69 per hour
