We’re looking for a Service Manager with a passion for delivering high quality care to join our team at Cygnet Norcott Lodge. You will be working full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Please note this role does carry the responsibility of on-call duties as and when required in support of the Service.

Cygnet Norcott LodgeLocated in the suburbs of Liversedge in West Yorkshire, Norcott Lodge is a specialist residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.
Your Day-to-Day…- Provide strong & effective leadership
- Be responsible for the overall running & strategic direction of the service
- Ensure full compliance with Cygnet policies & procedures, CQC & other relevant regulators
- Deliver a high-quality service, in respect of both patient care & employee engagement
- Ensure all clinical, budgetary, regulatory & service development targets are met
- Implement risk assessment, risk management & embed clinical governance
- Lead on appropriate investigations as required
- Review & develop potential opportunities for improved quality & commercial growth.
- Experienced in managing & leading a team
- An RMN with a current Pin Number & at least 3 years’ experience in mental health
- A role model & team player who can lead by example, inspire & develop others
- Capable of managing performance effectively & using your own initiative
- Experienced in working to CQC guidelines, relevant legislation & professional regulations
- Able to undertake investigations & to manage complaints confidently & appropriately.
