Warehouse Operative - Altrincham

We are excited to partner with a successful and growing company in Altrincham to recruit an experienced Warehouse Operative. If you have at least two years of warehouse experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team that values dedication, reliability, and long-term progression. In this role, you'll play a key part in the smooth operation of a busy warehouse.

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Unloading containers and managing deliveries
• Replenishing stock and maintaining cleanliness
• Participating in stock takes and inventory control
• Palletising goods for dispatch
• Ensuring a safe working environment
• Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines
• Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse or similar setting
• Experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Stores Operative, Picker/Packer, or Goods In Operative within the apparel/clothing/textiles industry
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a strong team ethic
• FLT experience is advantageous but not essential
• Willingness to undergo training for FLT license
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work well under pressure

Location: Altrincham

Salary: £26,000 + Bonus + Overtime

Hours:June–August:
Mon–Fri, 7:50am–4:30pm,Sept–May:
Mon–Fri, 7:50am–5:00pm

Breaks: Paid morning and afternoon breaks, unpaid lunch
