Total Recruitment Solutions Ltd are working closely with our client who is based the Liverpool 3 area.
We are seeking a new Administration Assistant to join our team.
The work is office-based and will also require presents in the warehousing areas also.
Mandatory requirements- All applicant must live within the United Kingdom, and be able to commute daily to the Liverpool L3 area of Liverpool UK.

- Excellent Microsoft skills and experience
- Experience with working on Warehouse Management Software (WMS)
- Stock management and inventory workings.
Hours: 07:45-16:00 Monday to Thursday & 07:45-15:15 Fridays with overtime available at peak periods.
Hours amount: Flat 38 hours per week
Pay per hour: starting at £12.71 per hour.

- Experience with working on Warehouse Management Software (WMS).
- Stock management and inventory workings.
- Assist with stock management.
- Support shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch of materials.
- Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 for inventory control and data entry. (Training available here)
- Maintain organised records of inventory movements.
- Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Experience in stock control, shipping & receiving, or related roles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
