Total Recruitment Solutions Ltd are working closely with our client who is based the Liverpool 3 area.

They are within the manufacturing industry, so some background in this industry would be a benefit here.

The work is office based and will also require presence in the warehousing areas also.

Mandatory Requirements
  • All applicant must live within the United Kingdom, and be able to commute daily to the Liverpool L3 area of Liverpool UK.
  • No sponsorship available.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills and experience
  • Experience with working on Warehouse Management Software (WMS)
  • Stock management and inventory workings.

Hours:

07:45-16:00 Monday to Thursday & 07:45-15:15 Fridays with overtime available at peak periods. Hours amount:
Flat 38 hours per week. Pay per hour: starting at £12.71 per hour.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Administrative Assistant to support our warehouse operations.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating daily activities, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Experience with warehouse management systems and materials handling is preferred, alongside mechanical knowledge and familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within a dynamic logistics environment.

Excellent Microsoft skills are essential here.

Duties
  • Assist with stock management, including stocking, picking, and packing goods efficiently.
  • Support shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch of materials.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 for inventory control and data entry.
  • Maintain organised records of inventory movements and transactions.
  • Assist in mechanical maintenance tasks as needed, applying basic mechanical knowledge.
  • Support construction-related activities within the warehouse environment when required.
Experience
  • Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Experience in stock control, shipping & receiving, picking & packing, or related roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
