Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role requires expertise in logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods, management of 3PL providers and Import & Export Operations.

Description

Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Responsible for end-to-end management of exports from the UK to EU
Carrier management
Day-to-day account management for 3PL providers
Day-to-day account management for all forwarders
Providing, tracking & challenging forecasts & adherence for forwarders
Responsible for SLA adherence at 3PL & forwarders
Ensuring appropriate certification is available for imports & exports

Profile

A successful Logistics Specialist should have:

Previous experience in logistics within the FMCG industry.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving logistical challenges.
