What We Will Offer You In Return:- Salary - £29,640.01, plus 20% shift allowance.
- 36‑hour working week – A week refers to 7 days for rostering purposes, inclusive of rest days.
- 259.2 hours annual leave per annum.
- Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with Scottish Widows. Auto enrolment is at 4% which is matched with the option to increase contributions up to a maximum of 10% upon completion of probation. Contributions remain matched.

- Fixed Term – expected for a 6‑month duration
The role involves delivering high‑quality cleaning services across Stadler’s rolling stock fleet and contracted vehicles, ensuring compliance with CURSER/TARA standards. Duties include interior and exterior cleans, de‑seating/re‑seating, flea spraying, graffiti removal, and store delivery, while meeting weekly cleaning targets. Working with the team leader, you ensure vehicles return to service in a safe, clean, and presentable condition. Responsibilities also cover fire prevention, security awareness, and knowledge of local First Aid arrangements, while continuously reviewing methods to maintain and improve standards.
