The Fulfilment squad focuses on the systems that power these critical workflows. From distributed services to fullstack solutions
, this team designs and evolves the platform that keeps our operations running smoothly as we grow.

Key initiatives include scaling the core platform, improving system reliability, and building integrations across services to support expanding operations. This is a role for engineers who enjoy solving complex system challenges while delivering solutions that have real operational impact.

• Design, build, and maintain distributed microservices using Golang or Node.js
  , including gRPC and Protobuf integrations.
• Contribute across the stack where needed, supporting frontend interfaces and internal tooling.
• Participate in architecture and system design decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and strategy partners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across the squad.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.

• Bring strong backend development experience, preferably with Golang or Node.js
  , and knowledge of distributed systems.
• Are comfortable contributing across the stack, with familiarity in React or similar frontend technologies

• Have experience building robust, scalable, and maintainable systems.
• Thrive in fast‑paced environments and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Enjoy solving complex problems and taking ownership of meaningful technical challenges.
• Have experience working with cloud‑native infrastructure

• Are familiar with Graph
  
  QL, gRPC, Protobufs, or event‑driven architectures
  .
• Understand operational workflows, logistics systems, or similarly complex business processes.
