What will you do?- Play and test the games literally, relenting with a meticulous approach to testing.
- Find linguistic bugs and report them using a bug database, communicating across global boundaries in clear English.
- Check in‑game text for linguistic accuracy, correctness, and compliance with cultural rules.
- Follow the Universally Speaking LQA process and professional standards that we have optimised to be best in the industry.
- Write detailed bug reports in industry‑standard bug databases.
- Take ownership to ensure bugs are fixed and implemented correctly.
- Become the LQA Expert across a broad range of Indie to AAA projects and areas of specialization.
- Own, manage, create, and regularly execute test cases throughout the mukha, including documenting testing practices, LQA process, and reporting methods.
- Actively participate in test requirement gathering with developers to ensure localisation QA effectively tests and supports all project features.
- Look ahead to improvements, take ownership of additional activities, and create efficiencies in your workflow.
- Cooperate with the QA team.
- Quality, velocity, and precision of bug reports.

- Continuous improvement and knowledge of LQA workflow and techniques.
- Expert in Korean.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Passionate about video games.

- Good with computers – word processing, database handling, record keeping, good working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience in LQA, translation or proofreading.
- Experience with software tools used for LQA testing (test case management and text‑editing tools).
- Working knowledge of CAT tools (MemoQ).
- Knowledge of video game industry and trends.
- Desirable but Ink: bachelor’s higher degree in linguistics.
