Qualified Social Worker needed for our Adult Social Care Services in Liverpool, paying £47 ph - Hybrid Working!

• Location: Liverpool (Hybrid Working)
• Rate: £47 per hour
• Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | 2 Days Remote / 3 Days Office-Based (including duty work and face-to-face visits)

Liverpool is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join their Adult Social Care service. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team delivering high-quality services that safeguard adults and promote independence and wellbeing.

This role offers
hybrid working
, with two days working remotely and three days based in the office, including duty responsibilities and community visits.

• Manage a complex and varied caseload
  , ensuring work is completed in line with legislation, policy and best practice.
• Undertake strengths-based assessments
  , care planning and reviews for adults with care and support needs.
• Lead safeguarding enquiries
  , ensuring outcomes are achieved and recorded within required timescales.
• Carry out Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions where required.
• Prepare professional reports, statements and representations
  , including work relating to Court of Protection proceedings where necessary.
• Undertake risk assessment and complex decision-making
  , applying professional judgement and evidence-based practice.
• Work directly with service users, carers and families to promote independence and achieve positive outcomes.
• Actively participate in multi-agency meetings and represent the department across partner organisations.
• Coordinate, monitor and review support plans and services
  , identifying unmet need and service gaps.
• Maintain accurate and timely case recording using systems such as Liquid Logic
  .
• Participate in the duty system and contribute to the overall development of the team
