About the Role

You will manage a diverse caseload and work across the full range of social work disciplines. You will also collaborate closely with our Preparation for Adulthood (PfA) colleagues to support young people and their families to plan for adulthood, explore opportunities, and work towards achieving their goals and best possible outcomes.

• SWE Registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Drive and have access to a car
• Post‑qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work

• Free DBS and compliance service
