- Friday 39 hours This is an exciting opportunity for an Multi Trade Operative to join Novus Property Solutions, within our repairs division, providing high-quality refurbishment of VOIDS

We are seeking experienced, multi‑skilled trades person with the expertise to deliver full‑scope refurbishments on vacant social housing properties.

Applicants should ideally hold a joinery qualification or have a strong plumbing background. The role involves refurbishing kitchens and bathrooms, flooring installation, minor tiling, patch plastering, door hanging, and the replacement of doors and windows.

All work must be completed to a high standard, ensuring properties are ready for handover on completion.

You will work daily from job tickets or a handheld device, using a live shared system to manage and update tasks Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively to meet company targets Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards Ideally you will hold a trade qualification and the ability to work across multiple trades within live occupied tenanted properties This role will require a DBS check and a full UK driving licence is required.
