Floor Layer (Social Housing)

Merseyside Job Type: Temp to Perm Rate: £19.50 per hour (PAYE Umbrella) Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Floor layer who has experience with Flat Lay flooring to join a reputable contractor delivering works across tenanted in the North West. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering consistent work with the potential for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of flat lay vinyl flooring in occupied/void social housing properties. Preparing subfloors including latex screeding and floor smoothing Cutting, fitting and finishing flooring to a high standard. Ensuring properties are left clean and safe after works are completed. Working respectfully in tenanted properties and maintaining good tenant relations.
