Labourer
We are currently looking for a Labourer to join Teal, part of The Sovini Group.

This position is a permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities- Assist the scaffold team in erection and dismantling of all scaffold operations, including complex design structures - proprietary scaffold systems.
- Carry out scaffolding duties and tasks competently and safely in accordance with all applicable legislation.
- Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
- Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
- Driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
- Ability to assist in the erection and dismantle of scaffold in a safe compliant manner.
- Experience working in a scaffold business.
- Experience of working on various site types.
- Ability to labour on both Tube and Fit & PASMA Scaffolders.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.

- Competitive salary – £25,654.36
- Hours:
40 hours per week (Monday–Friday). - 24 days holiday increasing with service.
