Multi-Trade Snagger (New Build Housing)

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 weeks
Rate: £21.00 per hour (CIS)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Snagger to work on a busy new build housing development in Liverpool
. This opportunity is with one of our long-standing clients known for delivering high-quality residential builds across the region.

The role will involve working on completed new build properties, carrying out snagging and prep work in advance of final finishes. You'll be responsible for ensuring homes are finished to a high standard, ready for handover.

• Carrying out snagging work across multiple plots
• Preparing surfaces and spaces for painting and decorating
• Basic multi-trade finishing work (e.g. caulking, sealing, fitting trims, minor carpentry tasks)
• Reporting defects and ensuring all work meets quality standards

• CSCS card (valid and in date)
• Solid experience in multi-trade snagging, particularly in new build residential projects
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
• Must have own tools, PPE, and transport
• Immediate availability preferred
