Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a telecoms engineering and construction company focused on delivering expert utility contracting solutions.

Our client is seeking two fully accredited and experienced 2-man Civils Dig Crews to carry out copper-to-fibre replacement works for Openreach across Sussex. This is a synthetic price-rate role, offering strong earning potential based on completed work. Immediate starts are available.

• Complete box builds within the Openreach network.
• Carry out core drilling and blockage clearance.
• Undertake duct laying in residential areas.
• Perform hand rodding within the Openreach network.
• Operate plant machinery in line with accreditation and safety standards.
• Ensure all works meet Openreach and street works compliance requirements.

• Fully accredited 2-man team (Ganger and Labourer).
• Proven experience in telecoms civils and Openreach network works.
• NRSWA all modules - LA, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07.
• K008 - Hand Rodding in the Openreach network.
• Q013 - Modular Box Building (OR network).
• Q019 - Core Drilling (OR).
• Q020 - Blockages (OR).
• Q021 - Duct Laying (OR).
• NPORS or CPCS Digger Ticket.
• Smart Awards Card.
• Own van and tools required.

• 500- 700+ per day per 2-man crew (price work, based on completed work).
• Client will supply trailer and plant machinery.
• Ongoing work across Sussex.
• Immediate start available.
