• Covering Shropshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire & North Wales Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 1 in 3 On-Call Rota (Emergency Only) The Job:
• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing farm milk cooling systems and associated refrigeration equipment
• Installing bulk milk tanks (1,000L–40,000L), ice builders (70kw–300kw), heat recovery units, plate coolers, and condensing units
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults
• Ensuring full F-Gas compliance and issuing certification

• F-Gas qualified (Category 1 preferred) or working towards it
• Experienced in refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical engineering
• Dairy or agricultural experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Skilled in fault-finding, brazing, soldering, and electrical testing (up to 415 V)
• Practical, self‑motivated, and customer‑focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
• A confident problem‑solver with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Stable hours:
  Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per week
• On‑call rota: 1 in 3 (emergency only, evenings/weekends)
• 25 days holiday (after qualifying period), company pension scheme
