** What You Will Do
*** Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships with internal and external customers
* Service fire devices safely and responsibly
* Manage your territory and time effectively, prioritising jobs to ensure efficient completion
* Work collaboratively with your team.
* Work to tight deadlines
* Service, maintain, and install fire alarm systems
* Complete accurate engineer service reports
* Identify and report system deficiencies or deviations
* Maintain a strong Health & Safety focus, identifying risks and reporting concerns promptly
* Aim to achieve a first-time fix wherever possible
** The Ideal Candidate Will Have
*** Proven experience working with fire alarm systems
* FIA training (or equivalent desirable)
* Good IT skills
* A solid understanding of workplace Health & Safety regulations
* Ability to lift equipment and work at height
* Strong customer‑focused approach
* Motivation to earn and be rewarded for your effort
* Exceptional communication skills
* A full UK driving licence
