* Company van (business use)

* Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00

The Role
Working across communal areas of housing association properties (not flats), you’ll be responsible for:

* Planned and reactive electrical maintenance

* Minor electrical installations

* Inspection, Testing & Compliance work

* Taking ownership of emergency lighting systems

* Ensuring communal spaces remain safe, compliant and fully operational

* Working alongside a friendly, multi?trade engineering team

Requirements
These are essential:

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations

* 18th Edition

* 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)

* Strong experience in fault finding & test/inspection

* Emergency lighting experience (highly beneficial)

* Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship
