Job Title - Electrician
Location - Liverpool, Wirral, Manchester
Salary - Up to £43,000

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician with proven skills in installing, maintaining, and servicing fire alarm systems. The successful candidate will work across a range of projects, ensuring compliance with electrical and fire safety standards while delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install, test, and maintain electrical systems, with a occasional work on fire alarm systems.

* Diagnose and repair faults in electrical and fire safety equipment.

* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance work in line with regulations.

* Ensure all work complies with BS7671 and fire safety standards.

* Complete relevant documentation and maintain accurate records.

* Work safely and effectively, adhering to health & safety policies at all times.
Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.

* Proven experience working with fire alarm systems (installation, service, and maintenance).

* Knowledge of relevant British Standards (BS5839 desirable).

* Full UK driving licence.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable:

* FIA training or other fire alarm-specific certifications.

* Experience in commercial and industrial environments.
