Join HMS, part of the Torus Group, where we deliver more than just repairs - we build better futures for communities. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Plasterer to help provide high-quality maintenance, repairs, and improvement works to homes across the North West.

• Carry out all internal and external plastering work, including full re-plasters, patching, dry-lining, skimming, and rendering
• Work flexibly across other trades such as joinery, tiling, brickwork, and plumbing to support “one job, one visit” service
• Plan, manage, and carry out jobs efficiently using company systems, appointments, and communication tools
• Supervise and support apprentices while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Accurately assess, diagnose and complete repairs while keeping customers informed
• Maintain and manage materials, tools, and stock responsibly in a company vehicle
• Ensure safe working practices, excellent customer care, and high performance across every task

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering or relevant craft
• CSCS card and Full UK or EU driving licence
• Time-served apprenticeship with solid experience in plastering and general construction
• Multi-skilled in additional trades (desirable but not essential)
• Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Great communication skills and pride in providing a top-tier service
• Willingness to support business improvement and take part in training and development

• Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview.

• 2x Completed references
• OH Health Questionnaire – Fit For Work
• DBS check (if required for role)
• Completion of all new starter documentation including signed T&Cs
