We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Installation Operative to join our Installations Team at our Liverpool branch. The role involves working at the branch yard and on-site for pump installations as required.
Tasks & Responsibilities- Promote and exercise the company's mission statement and core values to deliver the required uniformed approach to installations across the UK.
- Carry out installations and deinstallations of pumps, pipework and associated equipment as directed by the Installation Supervisor.
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading of vehicles and check paperwork, missing items, damages and fuel charges.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area on-site.
- Put safety first, demonstrate confidence, knowledge and experience to stop installation and advise the supervisor if any safety issues arise. This role is subject to a safety critical medical.
Preferred Qualifications
- Physically able individual due to role requirements.
- Ability to work on construction sites and adapt to challenging situations.
- Work effectively with team members, ensuring clear communication and mutual support for timely project completion.
- Flexible working hours and available to be on call.
- Willing to travel and occasionally work away from home.
- Health & Safety focused, ensuring strict adherence to guidelines at all times.
- Full driving licence (no more than 6 points).
- Holder of a construction Skills CSCS card (preferred).
- National Water Hygiene Card (preferred).
- Confined space trained (preferred).
- Forklift truck operator certification (preferred).
- An understanding of the workings of a temporary / permanent pumping solution (preferred).
