Salary: £30,000+ per annum (DOE)
We are recruiting a qualified Electrician to carry out electrical works within social housing properties across Liverpool. The role will primarily involve EICR testing and remedial works
, along with general electrical maintenance.
- Carry out EICR inspections and testing in social housing properties
- Complete remedial works identified during inspections
- Ensure all work complies with current wiring regulations
- Accurately complete certification and documentation
- Work professionally in occupied properties
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements
- Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within social housing
- Experience completing EICRs
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
- Permanent position
- Salary £30,000+ dependent on experience
- Ongoing work within social housing
