The successful candidate will provide a pro-active repair and maintenance service within our accommodation, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely responses to maintenance requests. Responsibilities include performing regular inspections, managing contractor work, and upholding Health and Safety standards. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience in maintenance, alongside good communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
