Air Conditioning Engineer

Position: Air Conditioning Engineer (Permanent)
TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.

Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours

Working hours – 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)

On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – This is for emergencies only.

Salary - £41,210/Yr.

Location – Liverpool

Extra – Overtime available. Anything over 45 hours is x1.5

Your duties as an Air Conditioning Engineer will be yet not limited to

· PPMs on commercial HVAC systems

· Diagnostics and fault finding

· Repairs to cooling units and AHU’s

· Rectifying faults in plant rooms

· Splits, VRF and more.

· You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility.

Requirements

· Full UK License – 6 points max.

· F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified
