What you'll be doing:You'll be one of the first friendly voices new prospects hear - opening doors, sparking conversations, and helping people understand the value this organisation brings.
Day to day, you'll:
- Research and identify new B2B prospects
- Run personalised outreach (email, Linked In, phone) to start great conversations
- Book discovery calls for the senior BD team
- Qualify leads and help build a healthy, growing pipeline
- Keep CRM activity tidy and accurate (Salesforce)
- Build confidence in the proposition so you can talk about it naturally with new contacts
- Experience in B2B sales, outreach or customer facing roles
- Confident communicator who enjoys connecting with new people
- Proactive, curious and organised, with a can do mindset
- Interest in food/FMCG is a bonus
