Join DCTUK
, the flooring disruptors flipping the industry on its head for clients like Netflix, Starbucks, and the NHS. We are seeking an experienced, high-energy closer with at least 3 years of sales experience to join our fast-paced Liverpool office
. This is a high-octane, telesales-focused role where you will drive growth through proactive phone-based outreach and digital relationship building. While you’ll be based in our buzzing Liverpool hub, you’ll also get out from behind the desk from time to time to meet clients in the field. Beyond the phones, you will dedicate 10% of your time to social selling—using Linked In to connect with decision-makers and appearing in our You Tube and Tik Tok content to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.

We offer a starting salary of £25k–£35k (DOE) with uncapped bonuses that see our top performers taking home over £4k a month before tax
, alongside fast-track progression into leadership or marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive Telesales:
    Execute daily inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers, turning cold leads and warm enquiries into high-value opportunities.
  • Pipeline Prospecting:
    Hard prospecting over the phone to build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Social Selling:
    Spend approximately 10% of your week on Linked In, proactively connecting with key stakeholders and posting engaging professional content.
  • Content Creation:
    Collaborate with the marketing team by appearing in weekly You Tube videos, Tik Toks, and other digital content to drive brand engagement.
  • Account Nurturing:
    Utilise Whats App, video, and email to maintain long-term relationships and ensure accounts remain loyal to DCTUK.
  • Customer Research:
    Display genuine curiosity by researching clients and their projects to provide tailored, insightful flooring solutions.
Key Skills & Requirements
  • Sales

    Experience:

    A minimum of 3 years in a target-driven telesales environment with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional verbal communication skills; you must have the "gift of gab" and thrive in a high-volume calling environment.
  • Digital Proficiency:
    Must be an active and proficient Linked In user. Experience using Hubspot is desirable.
  • Camera Confidence:
    Willing to participate in creative video marketing when required for social media and You Tube.
  • Resilience: A thick skin and the ability to handle knockbacks with a positive, persistent attitude.
  • Organisation:
    Strong time-management skills with the ability to balance heavy phone work with an organised approach to managing large customer B2B accounts.
