- Lead commercial growth across key agency groups and direct brand clients.

- Build strategic relationships that position experiential retail and media solutions at the heart of brand planning.
- Drive six‑ and seven‑figure deal negotiations from prospecting to closure.
- Develop compelling, insight‑led proposals that demonstrate tangible value for advertisers.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and creative teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to broader business strategy, revenue forecasting, and market development.
- Extensive senior‑level agency and client relationships within the UK media landscape.
- Proven success in securing and managing large, high‑value commercial partnerships.
- Strong understanding of integrated media, retail, and experiential solutions.
- Confident negotiator with outstanding presentation and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and a results‑focused mindset.
- Experience managing pipelines and forecasts through CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred).
