Uncapped Commission (£80,000 OTE)
Hours: Monday-Friday (Full‑time)

, you ll play a key part in advising clients on high‑quality property investment opportunities across the UK. You ll work with warm leads, build strong relationships, and guide investors through the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion.

• Engage with warm leads and inbound enquiries regarding property investment opportunities
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with potential investors
• Present investment options clearly, professionally, and confidently
• Manage the full sales pipeline from introduction to closing
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow all compliance processes
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Proven experience in sales (property or investment experience is a bonus, not essential)
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Target‑driven with a passion for achieving results
• Resilient, motivated, and commercially minded
• Comfortable presenting investment opportunities over the phone and in person

• £25,000 starting basic salary
• Uncapped commission - real earning potential far beyond your basic
