I am looking for a motivated and results-driven German speaking Business Development Executive to help grow our clients sales pipeline. You’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers, providing the sales team with high-quality leads that convert.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, outreach, and hitting targets, and who thrives in a performance-focused environment.

• Research and identify potential customers through online platforms, databases, and outreach tools
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, Linked In, and other channels
• Book appointments or pass qualified leads to the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead targets
• Continuously improve outreach messaging and lead quality

• Fluent to mother tongue level in German
• Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-ups
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus
• Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail
