About the RoleAs a Junior Account Manager, you’ll start by learning the fundamentals of marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with structured, hands-on training designed to help you develop quickly and move into management positions. You’ll work directly with customers, learn the ins and outs of business development, and gain exposure to high-performing marketing strategies used across multiple industries.
Responsibilities- Build brand awareness and represent clients across various platforms.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and respond to client inquiries.
- Contribute ideas in team meetings and take part in collaborative projects.
- Assist in creating performance reports and improving business results.
- Attend business development events and client meetings.
- Support and train new team members as you grow.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold brand reputation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, confident approach to learning and personal growth.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or similar roles is a plus — but not essential.
