About the Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll start by learning the fundamentals of marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with structured, hands-on training designed to help you develop quickly and move into management positions. You’ll work directly with customers, learn the ins and outs of business development, and gain exposure to high-performing marketing strategies used across multiple industries.

Responsibilities
  • Build brand awareness and represent clients across various platforms.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and respond to client inquiries.
  • Contribute ideas in team meetings and take part in collaborative projects.
  • Assist in creating performance reports and improving business results.
  • Attend business development events and client meetings.
  • Support and train new team members as you grow.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold brand reputation.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, confident approach to learning and personal growth.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or similar roles is a plus — but not essential.
