The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity and people management. They are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. Assistant Managers oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency across all store processes. They leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge.
Assistant Managers also lead talent by recruiting, training, engaging and developing staff. They are expected to bring their best selves each day and are provided with the opportunity to grow into future leadership roles within the store organization.
